A failed touch panel is what the code reports. Two groups of Kenmore ranges are covered.
Freestanding ranges with model numbers starting 790; their F-codes have three digits after the F, for example F001 or F090.
Kenmore Elite electric slide-in ranges 790.4131, 790.4255 and 790.5256.

Turn it back on and see if F001 reappears.
When it does, turn power off again. A new touch panel is the fix (on the Elite slide-in the name is touch control panel), and a technician installs it.
