FCE1, shown too as 12-1, means the communication link between the electronic control board and the Wi-Fi module has failed. Only the Kenmore MicroClean HE dishwasher lists this code.
Manual steps
Unplug the dishwasher to remove power.
Check the wire harness connections joining the control board and the Wi-Fi module.
Reconnect wires that are loose and repair any that are damaged.
If the wiring is fine, the Wi-Fi module most likely has to be replaced.
